I joined yesterday this website because I heard that the payouts were fast.

i made two deposits of 100 euros (200.00 euros total )via Instant Transfer and went up to 650.00.

After that I tried to withdraw my funds on the same method that I did my transfer and it says that those methods are in maintenance.

After I saw that, I contacted CS and no one is able to give me a timeline on when it will be back, I’m unable to withdraw my funds and there is an option to convert FIAT to USDT only at level 56 (I’m level 4) and I feel like i will never be able to see my money again.

Is this a regular issue ? Can someone give me a timeline ? Or if you were in the same situation in the past, how long did it took in order to be resolved ?

I saw some people online had the same issue and I asked for feedback but still no responses yet.

Given my long-running history on the platform, my prior VIP level, and the amount I’ve contributed over the years, I’m hoping to be reinstated with a new dedicated host. Support says the maximum amount that can be unlocked is capped at 100% of the bonus and any excess is confiscated. I’m challenging this due to lack of clear information at deposit/in-game and the disproportion between the bonus amount and the sum removed.

Has anyone faced the same situation and managed to get a full/partial refund or a goodwill gesture? What steps and evidence made the difference (screenshots, betting logs, dated T&Cs version, detailed calculation, internal escalation, mediation/ADR)?

Support repeatedly states the merchant confirmed payment was successful, but I have not received any funds. A UTR was later provided, but my bank officially confirmed that no such transaction exists.

This proves the payment was never made. I demand either:

A valid UTR with proof of transfer, or

An immediate refund.

If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate with my bank, the RBI Ombudsman, and cybercrime authorities, providing all supporting evidence including the invalid UTR and your repeated confirmations.

I am a loyal member of bcgame for almost 4 years now. I am VIP 56 but my vip host was removed because I didn't gamble too much in between that's fine.

Currently, we're scattered throughout the global chat, trying to communicate in Polish, which can be disruptive for other users. A dedicated Polish channel would:

Feedback on Global Chat Moderation

This post is not intended to offend anyone, but rather to state a fact. I've been observing the chat, website, and forum (without an account here since 2022), and only now is the chat relatively normal. Don't feel like you're in a casino in Holland or the USA where every gentleman knows how to behave. I absolutely do not condone begging. But how many times have I jokingly written 'give me tips!!!!' and been banned in two minutes, lol.

! To the moderators: I'd like to strongly criticize the moderators for banning people for trivial, even laughable, reasons. I've heard countless times about someone losing money they needed for their father's hospital prosthesis. I added emojis—a special gift and praying hands—and was banned instantly. The reason given was "another language," yet at night, Arabs, Hindus, and Pakistanis often write in their own languages, praising Allah or pretending to be women, haha. I wrote in Polish and had the right to add "JESUS CHRIST KING ALLAH BAY." This is a global chat, and the moderators just sit around banning people, which is hilarious. Any decent moderator would be able to see who is spamming and what's going on. But here, it's just a copy-paste of a regulation violation. This will never be eliminated. Everyone has forgotten that this is just a game, not real life. I understand casino culture, but maybe you should focus more on the constant "deposit not made" issues, the currency problems of people who barely have electricity at home, and their surprise about everything. If you come here to work, you have a "next" button at the bottom; think for yourselves.

! I want to explain to people that I am not a racist and I don't ask for change in the chat every day. Sometimes I just write in my own language, and sometimes someone answers. I know the rules and the culture of this chat, but it will always be like this, and they should tag people... half of these tippers are probably multi-accounts created for leveling up and getting bonuses. You create the spam yourself with your constant rules, "don't tag tippers," "watch out for this and that."     2.    Is cashback calculated based on total wagered amount or only on net losses?

Dear support or whoever had responsibility in this site. 

I have concern about deposit it was 2 weeks and until now is not coming yet to my bc account. 

Since my first joining 3-4 years ago this is the bad experience on this site. 

I already open ticket to support and they said theres no transaction about my deposit, how come? I have the screenshot of my trasaction from my bank to your third party, partner or whatever it called. I need a diferent solution please

I'm asking for help here as the live support is not "supporting" me properly nor helping me find a solution to my issue. I deposited X amount of euros from the SAME account i usually deposited with to the right IBAN, but typed the wrong TRANSACTION ID / BANK TRANSFER REASON. I attached all the screenshots and info required on 2 different tickets, but still no one is able to help me, even though my money was taken away from my bank account.

Anyone from support team can help me with this?
